September 20, 2015
Well, the summer is nearly at an end with blackberries and sloes beginning to fill the hedgerows in abundance. Autumn is just around the corner and the Indian Summer is blessing us with it’s last glow of sunshine, thank you.
The Cotswold Bells camp has nearly taken down it’s last tent for the summer and is thinking about packing away all the canvas for the season (not quite yet) – and what a first season it was! Thank you to all our fabulous customers and campers. It has been a busy and beautiful 2015. We really can’t wait for 2016 to bring just as many laughs, dramas (thank you cataclysmic weather!) and happy smiley campers. We doff our caps to all the glorious glampers out there who have braved the British elements in their best bib and tucker or festival dress up and stayed with Cotswold Bells. It has been an absolute pleasure to offer you our glorious bell tents and we hope you all had a wonderful time glamping the glamp fantastic with us. It’s been a great adventure from start to finish, with our tents pitching their way from Norfolk all the way to Yorkshire! We have discovered some stunning corners of this fine country. Camp NB are feeling blessed. Thank you.
Some of you lovely folk may have seen the fantastic little blog and write up we had in September’s Festival Brides; a wonderful blog and directory site packed with inspired ‘BIG DAY’ ideas for all you free spirited Brides and Grooms out there. We were so chuffed with how it looked, we hope you agree. We thought it a perfect way to mark the end of a great first year as Cotswold Bells. It’s a fantastic show case of all that we have been upto (and why we began) since getting our great tented enterprise off the ground. We can only hope that 2016 is going to be an even bigger and better adventure!
If you haven’t had a chance to have a read through our lovely little write up, find it here and have a ganders.
Just because the days and nights are getting cooler and the tenting season seems to be coming to an end don’t think Cotswold Bells are closed for the winter, no, no! We may not be pitching up at any sunny festivals or sun drenched weddings but rest assured we will not be in hibernation! We are still open for business (for the braver ones amongst you) and we have lots of great ideas all brewing away which we shall be bringing to you next year, all adding a little more of the personal touch to your tenting hire.
So, don’t think you can’t hire Cotswold Bells in the winter months…. just for something a little bit different, why not have a Santa’s grotto in your very own garden, village hall or venue and fill one of our fantastic bell tents with sacks full of presents, a comfy seat for Santa and a Ho! Ho! Ho! or a spooky halloween bat ‘tent’ cave?? Cotswold Bells’ tents are hugely versatile – let your imagination run wild! We’d love to hear from you and have our tents at the heart of any fun and frolic. Whatever it may be!
Just get in touch, big love until then. x
